What a corporate tenancy gives you
Reliable rental income
Longer-term arrangements designed to provide greater income security.
Less management
Experienced property managers handle the day-to-day management of the property and the occupants.
Longer-term security
Typical agreements are 2–5 years, subject to the property and agreed terms.
Professional care
Regular cleaning, checks and upkeep, because the property has to stay presentable for professional guests throughout.
Simple process
We assess the property, agree the commercial terms and handle the operational side of the arrangement.

Who stays in your property
Professional Guests - Business travellers and project staff on assignment, typically staying for a defined period and booked through a professional operator.
Contractors - Skilled workers placed near a site or project by their employer, who need a clean, quiet base rather than a hotel room.
Relocators - Families and individuals moving for work who need somewhere settled while they find a permanent home.
Common Concerns
Do I lose control of my property?
No. You remain the owner throughout. The agreement sets out exactly what we can and cannot do, and you keep full oversight.
What if the property is empty?
Occupancy is our responsibility, not yours. Rent is payable under the agreement whether or not the property is occupied at any given moment.
Who exactly will be staying there?
Professional guests, contractors and relocators placed through professional stay operators. Occupants are checked, and the terms of use are set out in the agreement.
What condition will it come back in?
The property is returned in the condition set out in the agreement, allowing for fair wear and tear. Its condition matters to us throughout the term, not just at the end.
Is my property even suitable?
The only way to know is to look at it. Send us the details and we will give you a straight answer, including if the answer is no.
Do I need my lender or freeholder to agree?
Often, yes. We will tell you what consents are likely to be needed for your property so you can check before anything progresses.
Tell us about your property
Share a few details and we will assess the property and come back to you, normally within one working day. There is no cost and no obligation.
